This Event was Launced by Mr : Lalith Weeratunga The Secretary of His Excellency , Hon:Ranjith Siyabalapitiya The Minister of Telelecommunication and IT ,Hon:Dalus Allhapperuma The Minister of Vocation Skills and Youth Affairs , Hon: Shan Wijelal de Silva The Chief Minister of Southren Province , Mr: Gotabaya JayarathnaSecretary of Ministry of Telelecommunication and IT were participated  for this Event.
