Feb 04, Colombo: 'Deyata Kirula', the educational and development exhibition, organized for the third time to coincide with the country's Independence Day was declared opened this evening at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH) premises.
The exhibition showcasing products and services of over 1,000 government, private and international organizations are to be held till the 08th of February.
The first day of the exhibition has been named as the Defence Day.
According to the Ministry of Finance the theme for this year's exhibition is 'Eka Mawakage Daru Kela' (children of one mother).
 The exhibition will be open to the public from 6:00 p.m. to midnight today and from 9:00 a.m. till midnight on the other four days.
